This is the result of taking too much meat, bread and pasta. However, it is necessary to take as much fruit and vegetables as you can, primarily fresh lettuce, beetroot and cabbage. In that way you will get a lot of fibre and some vital minerals and vitamins. Another important thing is not to miss any meals, especially breakfast. It is the essential meal for staying strong and energetic during the day. You mustn't take chocolate and sweets instead of meals. It will only make you fat.
